But Shannakian Fine Jewellery, one of Melbourne's most recognisable elite jewellers, is now fighting for its reputation after the state government consumer watchdog issued a damning public warning. Following 67 customer complaints, Consumer Affairs Victoria has slapped donkey ears on the high-end brand for its alleged handling of complaints and refunds.
