Alabama teacher, 47, charged with raping student... after THREE others in district are charged with sex crimes
An Alabama middle school teacher has been charged with raping a 12-year-old student over the course of two years - after three other teachers in the same district were charged with similar crimes. Jill Brisendine Campbell, 47, was arrested on Thursday after the Opelika Police Department opened up an investigation on April 15 into allegations that she engaged in an inappropriate relationship with the minor approximately eight years ago. Campbell, who's worked at Opelika Middle School since July 2003, allegedly had sexual intercourse and oral sex with the minor beginning in 2015, court records obtained by WRBL detailed.
