Former Married At First Sight bride Hayley Vernon has made a commitment to healthy living after taking time off her hectic training schedule. The former reality TV star, 38, shared a clip to social media on Thursday revealing she is 'boarding the rehab train' in an effort to heal an injured knee. 'Today is Day One. After dealing with a wonky knee I finally had an MRI and have a grade two PCL-tear - Something I've done before,' she began.
