NYPD Blue alum Kim Delaney is celebrating her partner just days after they were both arrested. Delaney, 63, took to Instagram on Thursday, April 3, to mark partner James Morgan's 55th birthday. Delaney made the post just five days after both she and Morgan were arrested on Saturday, March 29, following an alleged domestic dispute.
